比较甲磺酸萘莫司他与枸橼酸钠在双重血浆置换治疗中的抗凝效果，为临床提供最安全、最有效的抗凝方案，最大限度地保障 DFPP 治疗的安全性和疗效，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the anticoagulant effects of nafamostat mesilate and sodium citrate in double plasma exchange therapy, in order to provide the safest and most effective anticoagulation regimen for clinical use, maximize the safety and efficacy of DFPP treatment, and improve patient outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期妇女； 2. 对NM或RCA过敏； 3. 严重肝功能损害、低氧血症； 4. 临床资料不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Allergic to NM or RCA; 3. Severe hepatic impairment and hypoxemia; 4. Incomplete clinical records;
