研究目的：

评估 6 个月 HIV 与慢性病融合干预对 50 岁及以上 MSM 人群 HIV感染风险及安全性行为的影响，验证该干预模式的有效性与可行性。具体目标为降低HIV感染风险得分及提高最近一次性行为安全套使用率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of a 6-month integrated HIV and chronic disease intervention on risk of HIV infection and HIV-related safe sexual behaviors indicators among men who have sex with men (MSM) aged 50 years and above, and to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this intervention model. The specific objectives are to reduce the HIV risk score and increase the condom use rate during the most recent sexual intercourse in the past 6 months.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.基线时已确诊 HIV 感染； 2.患有严重器质性疾病，预期生存期＜6 个月； 3.近 3 个月参与其他 HIV 或慢性病相关干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. HIV infection was diagnosed at the baseline. 2. Suffering from severe organic diseases with an expected survival period of less than 6 months. 3. Participated in other HIV or chronic disease-related intervention studies in the past 3 months.

采用 R 语言生成随机数字表，将研究对象按 1:1 比例随机分为干预组（200 人）和对照组（200 人），每招募满 100 人进行一次批量分组。

Random number tables were generated using R language, and the study participants were randomly divided into an intervention group (200 participants) and a control group (200 participants) at a 1:1 ratio, with batch randomization conducted every 100 participants recruited.
