研究目的：

主要目的：与声掩蔽治疗对比，观察声学音频刺激治疗对耳鸣的短期疗效。 次要目的：与声掩蔽治疗对比，观察声学音频刺激治疗对耳鸣伴随的焦虑、睡眠障碍及其他症状的疗效，治疗前后脑电信号的改变  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective: To compare the short-term efficacy of acoustic audio stimulation therapy with sound masking therapy for tinnitus. The secondary objective: To compare the efficacy of acoustic audio stimulation therapy with sound masking therapy for anxiety, sleep disorders and other symptoms associated with tinnitus, as well as changes in electroencephalogram signals before and after treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对声过敏患者； 2.存在蜗后病变或MRI提示第VIII脑神经血管神经压迫者； 3.存在中耳病变或有中耳手术史及头外伤史的耳鸣患者； 4.确诊为严重焦虑症，抑郁症需药物治疗者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.研究者认为不能入组的其他受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. For patients with sound hypersensitivity; 2. Those with posterior cochlear lesions or whose MRI indicates compression of the VIII cranial nerve vessels; 3. Patients with middle ear lesions or a history of middle ear surgery and head trauma who have tinnitus; 4. Those diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder and depression requiring medication treatment; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Other subjects deemed ineligible for inclusion by the researchers.
