研究目的：

1.建立听力损失群体的代谢组学、肠道微生物宏基因组信息库及相关生物样本库。 2.明确听力损失群体的代谢及菌群特征，及其与焦虑症状、抑郁症状及认知功能障碍的相关性。 3.明确人工耳蜗植入术对听力损失群体的特征代谢物及肠道菌群的影响，及其对听力损失、焦虑抑郁认知共病的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Establish metabolomics, gut microbiota metagenomic information banks and related biological sample banks for the hearing-impaired population.2. Clarify the metabolic and microbiota characteristics of the hearing-impaired population and their correlations with anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms and cognitive dysfunction.3. Clarify the impact of cochlear implantation on the characteristic metabolites and intestinal flora of the hearing-impaired population, as well as its influence on cognitive comorbidities such as hearing loss, anxiety and depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

队列2：本队列为持续动态建立，样本量随着时间持续增加，纳入在2024.06到2025.06之间于上海市第六人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科所有符合纳排标准的行人工耳蜗植入术的患者 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Cohort 2: This cohort was continuously and dynamically established, with the sample size increasing over time. It included all patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and underwent cochlear implantation in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital between June 2024 and June 2025 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.精神分裂症、智力障碍、孤独症、癫痫等中枢神经系统疾病史；视力残疾；消化系统疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤疾病史。
2.近3月抗生素服用史；近1月服用益生菌、益生元制剂。
3.长期慢性中耳炎、梅尼埃、大前庭导水管综合征、耳聋综合征等复杂耳科疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of central nervous system diseases such as schizophrenia, intellectual disability, autism, and epilepsy; Visual disability History of digestive system diseases, metabolic diseases, and tumor diseases.
2.History of antibiotic use in the past three months; I have been taking probiotic and prebiotic preparations for the past month.
3.A history of complex ear diseases such as long-term chronic otitis media, Meniere's syndrome, large vestibular aquaptor syndrome, and deafness syndrome.
