数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据采集和管理通过以下两部分实施： 1.病例记录表：采用电子版病例记录表收集所有研究相关数据。本项目的研究人员准确、完整地填写、录入，保存至本研究专用电脑中。 2.研究将采用所在单位的科研诚信管理平台进行数据存储和管理。所有电子数据将上传至该系统，确保数据的准确性、完整性及可溯源性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection and management for this study were conducted through the following two components: Case Report Form: Electronic Case Report Forms were used to collect all study-related data. Researchers involved in this project accurately and completely filled in the data, which was then entered and saved in a dedicated computer for this study. The study utilized the Research Integrity Management Platform of the affiliated institution for data storage and management. All electronic data were uploaded to this system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and traceability.
