研究目的：

1.评估干预可行性：系统评估动中禅团体干预在围绝经期女性中实施的可接受性与可行性，具体关注招募成功率、干预保留率、练习依从性及研究对象主观反馈。 2.探索初步干预效果：通过量化分析，初步探索动中禅干预对提升正念水平、减少反刍思维及缓解焦虑、抑郁症状的潜在效果与变化趋势。 3.探索作用机制路径：初步考察“动中禅干预 → 正念水平提升 → 反刍思维减少 → 焦虑/抑郁缓解”这一链式中介路径的合理性与基本特征。 4.理解干预过程与体验：通过质性访谈，深入探究研究对象在干预过程中的主观体验、个人收获与实际挑战，为理解量化结果提供过程性背景与深度解释。 5.探索对其他心身症状的潜在影响：初步观察该干预方案对研究对象睡眠质量、消化功能等常见心身困扰的可能影响，为全面评估其应用价值提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess Intervention Feasibility: Systematically evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of implementing the Dynamic Meditation group intervention for perimenopausal women, with a specific focus on recruitment success rate, intervention retention rate, practice adherence, and participants’ subjective feedback. 2. Explore Preliminary Intervention Effects: Through quantitative analysis, preliminarily explore the potential effects and change trends of the Dynamic Meditation intervention on enhancing mindfulness levels, reducing ruminative thinking, and alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression. 3. Examine Mechanism Pathways: Initially investigate the rationality and basic characteristics of the chain mediation pathway "Dynamic Meditation intervention → increased mindfulness → reduced ruminative thinking → alleviated anxiety/depression." 4. Understand Intervention Process and Experience: Use qualitative interviews to deeply explore participants’ subjective experiences, personal gains, and practical challenges during the intervention, providing process-based context and in-depth interpretation to support the understanding of quantitative results. 5. Explore Potential Impact on Other Psychosomatic Symptoms: Preliminarily observe the possible effects of the intervention on common psychosomatic concerns such as sleep quality and digestive function among participants, providing a reference for a comprehensive assessment of its application value.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因手术（如双侧卵巢切除）导致绝经。 2.近3个月内系统接受过激素替代疗法（HRT），或正在规律服用抗抑郁、抗焦虑药物（偶尔使用助眠药物除外）。 3.在研究开始前，已开始系统接受其他心理治疗或正念训练课程。 4.患有严重躯体疾病（如恶性肿瘤、严重心脑血管疾病）或被明确诊断为重性精神障碍（如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍），其病情可能显著影响评估。 5.评估为重度抑郁发作或存在较高自杀风险（PHQ-9总分 ≥ 20分，或PHQ-9第9项（自杀意念）评分 ≥ 2分），此类对象将被排除并建议其立即寻求专业医疗帮助。 6.近6个月内遭遇重大负性生活事件（如丧偶、直系亲属去世、离婚、自己或配偶确诊重大疾病等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Menopause induced by surgical procedures (e.g., bilateral oophorectomy). 2. Systematic hormone replacement therapy (HRT) within the last three months, or regular use of antidepressant or anti-anxiety medications (occasional use of sleep aids is excluded). 3. Systematic participation in other forms of psychotherapy or mindfulness training courses before the start of the study. 4. Suffering from severe physical illnesses (e.g., malignant tumors, serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases) or being diagnosed with major mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder), where the condition may significantly affect the assessment. 5. Assessment indicating a major depressive episode or high suicide risk (PHQ-9 total score >= 20, or a score >= 2 on item 9 of the PHQ-9 [suicidal ideation]). Such individuals will be excluded and advised to seek professional medical assistance immediately. 6. Experiencing major negative life events within the last six months (e.g., death of a spouse, death of an immediate family member, divorce, diagnosis of a serious illness in oneself or one’s spouse).

本研究的病例记录表（CRF）为一系列标准化的电子问卷，内容涵盖知情同意、人口学信息、所有结局指标量表及练习日志等。 数据采集采用基于互联网的电子数据采集（EDC）系统“金数据”（Jinshuju，官网：https://jinshuju.net）完成。所有问卷通过该平台创建、发布和回收，数据实时加密存储于平台服务器。仅研究团队成员可通过授权账号访问后台进行数据管理。 数据管理流程包括：平台内设置逻辑校验、研究者定期审核数据完整性、导出加密数据文件、去标识化处理后存储于受密码保护的专用设备。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The Case Record Form (CRF) consists of standardized electronic questionnaires covering informed consent, demographics, all outcome measures, and practice logs. Data collection is conducted using the internet-based Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system "Jinshuju" (official website: https://jinshuju.net). All questionnaires are created, distributed, and collected via this platform, with data encrypted and stored in real-time. Only authorized research team members can access the backend for data management. The data management process includes: setting up logic checks within the platform, regular review of data completeness by researchers, export of encrypted data files, and storage on password-protected devices after de-identification.
