研究目的：

探讨小血管患者经远端桡动脉入路（d-TRA）使用6-Fr薄壁鞘和6-Fr常规鞘行冠脉介入诊疗对远端桡动脉闭塞（dRAO）的影响以及其安全性及有效性。希望能对小血管患者经d-TRA行冠脉介入诊疗时使用何种鞘管更合适、并发症更少、患者舒适度更高等提供证据，从而提高患者经d-TRA行冠脉介入诊疗时的舒适度、降低并发症发生率，并为经d-TRA行冠脉介入诊疗技术的推广提供新的理论和临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of a 6-French Glidesheath Slender and a Conventional Sheath on distal radial artery occlusion in patients with small vessels undergoing coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention via d-TRA, and its safety and effectiveness. It is hoped that it can provide evidence for patients with small vessels to use which sheath is more suitable, with fewer complications and higher comfort, so as to improve the comfort of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, and provide new theoretical and clinical basis for the popularization of coronary intervention technology through d-TRA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①超声评估远端桡动脉内径≥2.0 mm；②身高≥185 cm；③急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死、心源性休克或血流动力学不稳定患者；④远端桡动脉及常规桡动脉存在穿刺禁忌证；⑤雷诺氏综合征患者；⑥存在凝血功能障碍或血液系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ultrasound assessment of the inner diameter of the distal radial artery >= 2.0mm; 2. Height >= 185cm; 3. Patients with acute ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock or hemodynamic instability; 4. Contraindications for puncture at the distal radial artery and conventional radial artery; 5. Patients with Raynaud's syndrome; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or hematologic disease.
