研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是为了探索泊沙康唑血药浓度是否与疗效及不良反应有关，是否存在可预测的风险因子，为应用泊沙康唑口服混悬液患者有效预防侵袭性真菌感染提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to explore whether the serum concentration of Posaconazole was related to efficacy and adverse reactions, and whether there were predictable risk factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for the effective prevention of invasive fungal infections in patients with oral suspension of Posaconazole.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对泊沙康唑过敏患者。
未签署知情同意书患者；
任何可预计到的增加患者风险或其他可干扰临床试验结果的因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients allergic to posaconazole;
2. Patients without informed consent;
3. Any predictable increase in patient risk or other factors that can interfere with clinical trial results.
