研究目的：

通过横断面本研究旨在利用7T超高场强多模态磁共振技术，明确伴情绪失调成人ADHD是否存在特异性神经生物学标志物，为将其界定为一个独立的生物学亚型提供证据。

Objectives of Study：

Through a cross-sectional design, this study aims to utilize 7T ultra-high-field multimodal magnetic resonance imaging to identify whether distinctive neurobiological markers exist in adults with ADHD and comorbid emotion dysregulation (ADHD+ED), thereby providing evidence for defining it as a distinct biological subtype.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ADHD+ED、ADHD-ED组：①符合法定重型精神障碍诊断标准，包括精神分裂症、孤独谱系障碍、分裂情感性障碍、偏执性精神障碍、双相情感障碍、癫痫所致精神障碍以及精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍标准；②IQ≤90；③可能造成精神症状的躯体疾病；④既往存在卒中、脑出血、造成意识丧失的头部创伤等神经系统疾病；⑤存在幽闭恐惧症、怀孕、体内有金属物等不适合进行核磁共振检查的情况；⑥经研究者评估，无法理解和配合完成研究的其他情况。 HC组：①满足 DSM-5 中任何精神疾病诊断。②IQ≤90；③可能造成精神症状的躯体疾病；④既往存在卒中、脑出血、造成意识丧失的头部创伤等神经系统疾病；⑤经研究者评估，无法理解和配合完成研究的其他情况。⑥存在幽闭恐惧症、怀孕、体内有金属物等不适合进行核磁共振检查的情况。⑦经研究者评估，无法理解和配合完成研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

ADHD+ED & ADHD-ED Groups:1Meets diagnostic criteria for any statutory severe mental disorder, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder,delusional disorder, bipolar disorder, mental disorders due to epilepsy, or mental disorders associated with intellectual disability. 2IQ <= 90. 3Any somatic disease that may cause psychiatric symptoms. 4History of neurological diseases such as stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, or head trauma resulting in loss of consciousness.5Conditions unsuitable for MRI scanning (e.g., claustrophobia, pregnancy, presence of metallic implants). ⑥6Any other circumstances where, in the investigator's assessment, the participant is unable to understand or cooperate with the study procedures.
