研究目的：

（1）构建针对血液透析患者的不同衰弱分期的多元化运动管理方案，从衰弱程度，握力值、跌倒发生率，生活质量等多个结局指标，探讨分析该运动方案对维持性血液透析患者产生的影响。 （2）探讨不同衰弱分期的多元化运动干预方案在维持性血液透析患者中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop a diversified exercise management program tailored to different stages of frailty in hemodialysis patients, and explore and analyze the impact of this exercise program on maintenance hemodialysis patients based on multiple outcome indicators such as frailty level, grip strength, incidence of falls, and quality of life. (2) Explore the application value of diversified exercise intervention programs in different frailty stages for maintenance hemodialysis patients.

一.病例记录表 根据研究方案，制作病例记录表，内容包括病例的基本信息，结局指标，不良事件发生情况等。 二.电子采集和管理系统 1.课题实施阶段 （1）对参与研究的小组成员进行统一培训，主要包括干预中注意事项、相关事项告知、收集资料的方法、量表的解释、各种不同的运动锻炼的规范做法、时间等进行统一培训。 （2）研究人员应根据制定的纳入排除标准，严格选择纳入研究的人群。研究对象和调查者进行现场一对一的指导及调查。 2.资料分析阶段 （1）数据双人录入，交叉核对，生成表格； （2）排除缺失项过多的资料，并进行逻辑检查； （3）专人保存资料，不得泄露信息
