基于随机对照试验探究火麻肽对非酒精性脂肪肝病的肝脏脂肪含量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled experiment was conducted to study the effects of Hemp Peptide on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and its mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、药物性肝病等其他可能导致脂肪肝的原因; 2.有严重并发症：如肝硬化、肝衰竭等; 3.严重的心血管疾病：如不稳定性心绞痛、严重心力衰竭等; 4.怀孕或哺乳期的妇女; 5.长期使用可能影响肝脏的药物：如长期使用类固醇或其他可能影响肝脏的药物; 6.筛查前3个月或5个研究治疗半衰期(以较长者为准)内曾参加过介入性临床研究; 7.对研究药物或其成分过敏; 8.精神异常或有语言障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease and other causes that may lead to fatty liver; 2. Have serious complications: such as cirrhosis, liver failure, etc.; 3. Severe cardiovascular disease: such as unstable angina, severe heart failure, etc.; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Long-term use of drugs that may affect the liver: such as long-term use of steroids or other drugs that may affect the liver; 6. Have participated in interventional clinical studies within 3 months or 5 half-lives of study treatment (whichever is longer) before screening; 7. Allergy to the study drug or its components; 8. Those with mental abnormalities or language disorders.

采用简单随机法中的随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和试验组，用Excel生成随机数字表，根据随机数字表法，按患者入选的顺序对照随机数字编码表规定对应的随机数字单数为对照组，双数为试验组，将研究对象归入相应各组。
