研究目的：

1.确定基于虚拟现实技术下适用于老年髋部骨折患者预康复干预方案。 2.将构建的方案进行临床应用，并验证其有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a pre-rehabilitation intervention program for elderly hip fracture patients utilizing virtual reality technology. 2. Implement the developed program in clinical settings and validate its efficacy and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.眼部存在青光眼或其他严重眼病；2.合并严重基础疾病导致手术禁忌的患者；3.重要脏器功能不全的患者；4.拟择期行复杂髋关节翻修治疗的患者；5.精神障碍或抑郁症者；6.除选定医疗组以外的其他医疗组全髋关节置换术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with glaucoma or other severe ocular diseases; 2. Patients with severe underlying conditions contraindicating surgery; 3. Patients with major organ dysfunction; 4. Patients scheduled for complex elective hip revision surgery; 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders or depression; 6. Patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty by medical teams other than the designated team.
