研究目的：

为提高居民鼻咽癌早诊率和治疗率，降低鼻咽癌未来发病率和死亡率，提升群众健康水平，巩固“健康海沧”建设成效。为提高居民鼻咽癌早诊率和治疗率，降低鼻癌未来发病率和死亡率，提升群众健康水平，巩固“健康海沧”建设成效，特制定本方案，由海沧区政府落实开展筛查工作，由厦门市海沧医院牵头实施。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to improve the early diagnosis and treatment rates of nasopharyngeal cancer among residents, reduce the future incidence and mortality rates of nasopharyngeal cancer, enhance public health standards, and consolidate the achievements of the "Healthy Haicang" initiative, this plan is specially formulated. The Haicang District Government will implement the screening work, with Xiamen Haicang Hospital taking the lead in its implementation.

排除标准：

已确诊鼻咽癌，严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病患者、聋哑人、精神病人及孕妇；

Exclusion criteria：

Diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases, deaf mute, mentally ill and pregnant women;

Time Point for Data Sharing: The data sharing for this study is expected to commence after the completion of all data collection and preliminary analysis (i.e., after the official publication of research findings or the derivation of the main conclusions of the study). The preliminary plan is to initiate data sharing services within six months after the publication of the main research outcomes or the related papers, with the specific timing subject to slight adjustments based on the actual research progress.Duration of Data Sharing: The data sharing for this study will be available for one year, starting from the initiation of sharing. During this period, eligible researchers and institutions may submit applications to the project lead to obtain the corresponding dataset.Scope of Shared Data: In compliance with participant privacy and research ethics principles, this study will provide key de-identified raw data, including demographic information (after anonymization), diagnostic information, follow-up records, and primary outcome measures. All shared data will be anonymized, strictly adhering to relevant privacy protection regulations and ethical review requirements.Method of Data Sharing: A data sharing application portal will be provided via the official website of the research project (or a designated online data management platform), along with downloadable materials and documentation. The shared data files will primarily be provided in commonly used statistical analysis or database formats (such as CSV, Excel, SAS, SPSS data files, etc.). They will be accompanied by necessary metadata, such as variable descriptions and codebooks, to facilitate data comprehension and re-analysis by other researchers.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由厦门市海沧区4个社区卫生服务中心及厦门市海沧医院进行样本采集，由厦门市海沧医院检验科统一进行标本检验，并将阳性结果通知耳鼻喉科医生，耳鼻喉科医生负责整理信息，并通知受试者本人进一步检查确诊及排除诊断。

The Laboratory Department of Xiamen Haicang Hospital is responsible for collecting the specimens of the subjects and conducting tests. The positive results will be informed to the otolaryngologist, who will then organize the information and notify the subjects themselves.
