研究目的：

本项目通过OLK患者数据信息分别开发基于外泌体和脱落细胞的OLK癌变诊断和风险预测模型，辅助临床医生综合判断OLK的异常增生程度和癌变风险，为辅助OLK临床诊疗规范制定提供充分的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project develops diagnostic and risk prediction models for oral leukoplakia (OLK) malignancy based on exosomes and exfoliated cells, respectively, using data from OLK patients. These models assist clinicians in comprehensively assessing the degree of dysplasia and cancer risk in OLK, thereby providing robust evidence-based medical support for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for OLK.
