观察右美托咪定与瑞马唑仑对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后焦虑抑郁情绪反应的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Observation of the effects of dexmedetomidine and remimazolam on postoperative anxiety and depressive mood reactions in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1).既往有抑郁焦虑等精神疾病史； (2)严重心、肝、肾功能不全； (3)存在语言理解障碍； (4)对右美托咪定、瑞马唑仑或阿片类药物过敏，有酒精成瘾或长期使用非甾体抗炎药或阿片类镇痛药； (5)慢性疼痛史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression; 2. Severe impairment of heart, liver, and kidney functions; 3. People with difficulties in understanding speech; 4. Allergic to remimazolam, dexmedetomidine, or opioids, with alcohol addiction, or long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. History of chronic pain;
