研究目的：

评估真实世界中戈利木单抗对强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者的PRO的改善，评价戈利木单抗对AS患者脊柱和骶髂关节炎症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the improvement of PRO in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) by golimumab in the real world, and assess the impact of golimumab on spinal and sacroiliac joint inflammation in AS patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有戈利木单抗禁忌症患者 2.目前正在使用 bDMARDs 或停用 bDMARDs 不满 3 个月的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have contraindications to golimumab 2. Patients currently using bDMARDs or who have stopped using bDMARDs for less than 3 months.
