研究目的：

随着日间手术的发展和住院周转率的提升，我们在全身麻醉管理中更加倾向于使用对气道刺激更小的喉罩进行气道管理。应用起效快、持续时间少的超短效肌松药米库氯铵具有更加广阔的应用空间。但米库氯铵的单次注射推荐剂量范围较广，同时其具有剂量依赖性的不良反应，如组胺释放等。适用于短小手术喉罩置入的最佳剂量尚不明确。因此，我们拟开展一项前瞻性随机对照研究，探究不同剂量米库氯铵在短小手术中对于喉罩插入的满意度，为米库氯铵应用于喉罩置入及进一步科学研究及临床应用提供一定的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

With the development of day surgery and the increase in hospital turnover rate, we are more inclined to use laryngeal masks that cause less airway irritation for airway management in general anesthesia management. The ultra-short-acting muscle relaxant micuronium, which takes effect quickly and lasts for a short time, has a broader application space. However, the recommended single injection dose range of micuronium chloride is relatively wide, and it also has dose-dependent adverse reactions, such as histamine release. The optimal dose for laryngeal mask placement in short surgeries is still unclear. Therefore, we plan to conduct a prospective randomized controlled study to explore the satisfaction of different doses of micuronium with laryngeal mask insertion in short surgeries, providing certain references for the application of micuronium in laryngeal mask insertion and further scientific research and clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝； 2.对研究用药过敏； 3.长期使用阿片类、苯二氮卓类药物及其他成瘾性药物的患者； 4.重症肌无力或肌松药物代谢异常患者； 5.明确的困难气道或喉罩放置困难患者； 6.精神疾病患者，不能配合随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refused; 2. Allergies to research drugs; 3. Patients who have been using opioids, benzodiazepines and other addictive drugs for a long time; 4. Patients with myasthenia gravis or abnormal metabolism of muscle relaxants; 5. Patients with clear difficult airways or difficulty in placing laryngeal masks; 6. Patients with mental illness cannot cooperate with follow-up visits.
