研究目的：

布比卡因脂质体单次给药镇痛时间更长、无需置管或持续输注，单次注射即可持久有效镇痛，且不需额外的特殊设备，弥补了临床对于持久安全镇痛且医疗操作简便的术后镇痛需求。  

Objectives of Study：

Bupivacaine Liposome offers single-dose analgesia with prolonged duration, eliminating the need for catheterization or continuous infusion. A single injection provides sustained analgesia without additional specialized equipment, addressing the clinical demand for long-lasting, safe, and convenient postoperative pain management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.慢性疼痛病史； 2.对罗哌卡因、布比卡因过敏； 3.严重心、肺、肝脏或肾功能不全； 4.患有中枢神经系统疾病、精神心理疾病和长期药物治疗，如帕金森病、酗酒、服用镇静剂、抗抑郁药等； 5.依从性差及存在交流障碍的患者，无法理解 VAS 评分或 PCIA的用法；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of chronic pain 2. Allergy to ropivacaine or bupivacaine 3. Severe heart, lung, liver or kidney dysfunction 4. Central nervous system diseases, mental disorders, or long-term medication use (e.g., Parkinson's disease, alcoholism, sedatives, antidepressants) 5. Poor compliance or communication barriers preventing understanding of VAS scores or PCIA usage;
