研究目的：

1. 了解乳腺癌化疗患者癌性厌食与营养不良现状； 2. 描述乳腺癌化疗患者在手术前至末次化疗周期内，癌性厌食的动态变化轨迹； 3. 分析影响乳腺癌化疗患者癌性厌食变化轨迹的多维度因素，包括人口学因素、生理因素、心理社会精神因素及环境因素； 4. 明确各影响因素与癌性厌食程度、营养状况恶化的关联强度，识别癌性厌食与营养状况恶化的高危人群。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the current situation of cancer anorexia and malnutrition in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy; 2. Describe the dynamic change trajectory of cancer-related anorexia in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy from before surgery to the last chemotherapy cycle; 3. Analyze the multi-dimensional factors influencing the changing trajectory of cancer anorexia in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, including demographic factors, physiological factors, psychosocial and spiritual factors, and environmental factors; 4. Clarify the association strength between each influencing factor and the degree of cancer anorexia and the deterioration of nutritional status, and identify the high-risk groups for cancer anorexia and the deterioration of nutritional status.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在严重全身感染、严重贫血等并发症或重要器官功能衰竭； 2. 治疗过程中发生肿瘤远处转移。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are severe systemic infections, severe anemia and other complications or failure of important organs; 2. Distant tumor metastasis occurred during the treatment process.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质病例记录表 (CRF)，由经过统一培训的研究人员在床旁即时填写；完成后双人核对、锁入带锁文件柜，数据录入采用 Excel 双人双录＋逻辑校验，数据库锁定后方进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study employed paper case record forms (CRF), which were filled out on the spot by researchers who had received unified training at the bedside. After completion, the data should be double-checked by two people and locked into the locked filing cabinet. Data entry should be conducted using Excel double-entry with two people and logical verification. Only after the database is locked can statistical analysis be carried out.
