研究目的：

本研究拟通过对ADHD各亚型患者的神经递质和代谢组学检测，有助于深入了解ADHD的病理生理机制，为精准诊断和治疗提供依据。揭示神经递质-代谢物网络与执行功能损伤的关联机制，有助于阐明ADHD患者执行功能障碍的原因，为改善患者的执行功能提供新的思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate neurotransmitters and metabolomic profiles in patients with different ADHD subtypes, which will contribute to a deeper understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of ADHD and provide a basis for precise diagnosis and treatment. Elucidating the relationship between neurotransmitter-metabolite networks and executive function impairments will help clarify the causes of executive dysfunction in ADHD patients and offer new insights and approaches for improving their executive function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ADHD组：①由癫痫、抽动症、智力发育迟缓/障碍或其他神经精神系统疾病继发多动症状者；②有听力及视力异常；③既往或现在合并儿童精神分裂症、情感障碍、孤独症谱系障碍等其他精神疾病；④存在脑损伤、严重的躯体疾病、神经系统异常、意识障碍等。⑤既往有其他精神疾病药物使用史。 健康对照组:①ADHD症状评定量表中注意缺陷或多动冲动条目＞4条；②有听力及视力异常；③既往或现患精神疾病；④存在严重的躯体疾病、神经系统异常、意识障碍等。⑤既往有精神疾病药物使用史。

Exclusion criteria：

ADHD group: 1. Individuals with hyperactivity symptoms secondary to conditions such as epilepsy, Tourette's syndrome, intellectual developmental delay/disorder, or other neuropsychiatric disorders; 2. Those with hearing or visual abnormalities; 3. Individuals with a past or current comorbid diagnosis of other psychiatric disorders, such as childhood schizophrenia, mood disorders, or autism spectrum disorder; 4. Individuals with conditions such as brain injury, severe physical illnesses, neurological abnormalities, or impaired consciousness; 5. Those with a history of using psychotropic medications. Healthy control group: 1. More than 4 items scored on attention deficit or hyperactivity-impulsivity on the ADHD symptom rating scale; 2. Hearing or vision abnormalities; 3. Past or current psychiatric disorders; 4. Serious physical illnesses, neurological abnormalities, or consciousness disorders; 5. History of psychiatric medication use.
