研究目的：

1.主要目的： （1）评估大语言模型结合脑肿瘤临床病史和影像信息辅助诊断能力； （2）评估大预言模型生成结构化、规范化临床报告的能力； （3）评估大语言模型医学影像报告质量评估能力，包括文本纠错等； 2.次要目的： （1）评估大语言模型在疑难和典型脑肿瘤病例教学能力； （2）评估大语言模型在辅助脑肿瘤患者教育相关应用能力； （3）评估大语言模型辅助脑肿瘤影像研究及科研分析能力； （4）评估大语言模型作为脑肿瘤指南辅助诊断助手； （5）评估大语言模型在医学管理涵盖危急值管理措施能力.  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objectives: (1) To evaluate the capability of large language models to assist diagnosis by integrating clinical history and imaging information of brain tumors; (2) To assess the ability of large predictive models to generate structured and standardized clinical reports; (3) To evaluate the quality assessment capabilities of large language models in medical imaging reports, including text correction, etc. 2. Secondary Objectives: (1) To assess the teaching capability of large language models in challenging and typical brain tumor cases; (2) To evaluate the ability of large language models to assist in patient education related to brain tumors; (3) To assess the capabilities of large language models in supporting brain tumor imaging research and scientific analysis; (4) To evaluate the use of large language models as an auxiliary diagnostic assistant based on brain tumor guidelines; (5) To assess the ability of large language models to manage aspects of medical administration, including critical value management measures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床或影像学资料不完整，无法满足分析需求者； 2.既往行放疗或化疗导致影像资料难以解释者； 3.合并其他严重神经系统疾病可能干扰结果判读者.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with incomplete clinical or imaging data that do not meet the requirements for analysis; 2.Patients whose imaging findings are difficult to interpret due to prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3.Patients with other severe neurological disorders that may interfere with the interpretation of results.
