研究目的：

观察不同肺萎陷方法的效果及其安全性，为今后在临床胸科手术单肺通气中选择有效并安全的肺萎陷技术提供参考和临床依据  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects and safety of different lung collapse techniques, and to provide reference and clinical evidence for selecting an effective and safe method during one-lung ventilation in future thoracic surgeries.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有胸科手术史； 2.主支气管肿物； 3.双腔支气管导管插管禁忌症（胸部CT 或支气管镜检查显示气管支气管严重狭窄或畸形等）； 4.阻塞性通气功能障碍（FEV1/FVC<70%）； 5.双肺多发肺大疱； 6.合并严重肺部疾病，如肺部感染、COPD等； 7.既往有肺结核、胸膜炎、气胸等病史； 8.术前合并严重心脏功能疾病的患者（NYHA≥Ⅲ级）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of thoracic surgery 2. Presence of a main bronchus tumor 3. Contraindications to double-lumen endotracheal intubation (severe tracheobronchial stenosis or malformation as indicated by chest CT or bronchoscopy). 4. Obstructive ventilatory dysfunction (FEV1/FVC < 70%). 5. Multiple pulmonary bullae in both lungs. 6. Coexisting severe pulmonary diseases, such as pulmonary infection or COPD. 7. Previous history of pulmonary tuberculosis, pleurisy, or pneumothorax. 8. Patients with severe preexisting cardiac dysfunction (NYHA >= III).
