本研究旨在总结腹部大手术后患者ICU期间早期活动的最佳证据，探索影响开展早期活动的障碍促进因素，并制定临床实践变革，构建早期活动方案进行临床转化应用，评价应用效果，以提升临床护理质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to summarize the best evidence of early activities in patients after major abdominal surgery during the ICU period, explore the obstructive promoting factors affecting the implementation of early activities, formulate clinical practice changes, construct an early activity program for clinical transformation and application, evaluate the application effect, and improve the quality of clinical nursing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者排除标准：语言沟通障碍或精神行为异常者；合并严重脏器功能障碍者。 护士排除标准：科室进修人员、实习人员。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients: Those with language communication disorders or abnormal mental behaviors; Those with severe organ dysfunction. Exclusion criteria for nurses: Department trainees and interns.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集使用CRF记录表，通过查看医护工作站系统、病例记录、医生诊断结果，现场观察、访谈患者及护士收集，对于评分量表，在相应的收集时间点评估患者如实填写记录。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was carried out using the CRF record form. By reviewing the medical and nursing workstation system, case records, doctors' diagnosis results, on-site observation, interviews with patients and nurses, for the scoring scale, patients were evaluated to fill in the records truthfully at the corresponding collection time points.
