研究目的：

本研究拟联合超声新技术剪切波弹性成像(SWE)、粘弹性成像（USVI）及超微血流成像(SMI)，首次从微循环、组织硬度及动态力学特性多维度评估妊娠合并症胎儿肺部功能，并探索其与新生儿呼吸结局的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will, for the first time, integrate the emerging ultrasound techniques of shear-wave elastography (SWE), ultrasonic viscoelastic imaging (USVI), and superb microvascular imaging (SMI) to comprehensively assess fetal lung function in pregnancies complicated by maternal disorders. By simultaneously interrogating microcirculation, tissue stiffness, and dynamic mechanical properties, we aim to elucidate their associations with neonatal respiratory outcomes.
