研究目的:

本研究设计出来了一种新型鼻导管吸氧(喉咽部吸氧)装置用于支气管镜检查术来降低患儿术中低氧血症的发生,并与传统面罩吸氧方法对比研究,分析该装置对预防或降低患儿术中低氧血症的安全性  

Objectives of Study:

This study designed an oxygen inhalation device that directly reaches the laryngopharynx for bronchoscopy to reduce the occurrence of intraoperative hypoxemia in children. It was compared with the traditional nasal catheter oxygen inhalation method to analyze the safety of this device in preventing or reducing intraoperative hypoxemia or asphyxia in children.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 已知或预计的困难气道。 2. 严重的心脏或肺部功能不全。 3. 上呼吸道或鼻腔活动性出血。 4. 颅面畸形导致无法正确佩戴口罩或放置鼻导管。 5. 已知对研究设备的材料或所用麻醉剂过敏。

Exclusion criteria:

1. known or anticipated difficult airway; 2. severe cardiac or pulmonary insufficiency; 3. active upper respiratory or nasal bleeding; 4. craniofacial abnormalities that compromise mask sealing or nasal cannula placement; 5. documented hypersensitivity to components of the study devices or administered medications.
