研究目的：

采集高压积单采O型红细胞，验证其低血浆残留特性和弱免疫原性，为其作为院前急救通用型红细胞制品提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this research is to characterize the low plasma residue and weak immunogenicity of high-hematocrit apheresis group O red blood cells, and to establish the scientific foundation for their application as a universal red blood cell preparation in prehospital emergency settings.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.骨髓造血功能异常或抑制； 2.有发热或感染性疾病； 3.服用抑制代偿心血管反应药物，如β-阻滞剂类的药物； 4.服用促进或抑制造血功能的药物； 5.半年内有献血史等不符合国家献血标准的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal or suppressed hematopoietic function of the bone marrow; 2. Presence of fever or infectious diseases; 3. Taking drugs that inhibit compensatory cardiovascular responses, such as beta-blockers; 4. Taking drugs that promote or inhibit hematopoietic function; 5. Having a blood donation history within the past six months or other situations that do not meet the national blood donation standards.

采集4U（400mL）高压积单采O型红细胞。按照红细胞单采技术操作规程进行采血，采血过程补充生理盐水维持血容量平衡，补充葡萄糖酸钙注射液维持钙平衡，采血后补充500mg静脉铁剂保障机体铁稳态的平衡。

Intervention：

A volume of 4 Units (400 mL) of high-hematocrit apheresis group O red blood cells will be collected. The procedure will be performed in strict accordance with the standard operating procedures for red blood cell apheresis. Throughout the collection process, normal saline will be administered to maintain blood volume balance, and calcium gluconate injection will be supplemented to maintain calcium homeostasis. Following the donation, an intravenous iron supplement of 500 mg will be administered to ensure the balance of the body's iron stores.
