研究目的:

探讨运动控制联合核心稳定性训练对FHP患者CVA角、疼痛、颈部关节位置觉、 颈深屈肌力量和耐力、躯干肌肉力量和耐力、躯干肌肉激活、呼吸功能以及身体活动等方面的疗效;探究运动控制联合核心稳定性训练对FHP患者的康复效果及潜在机制,为丰富FHP的运动疗法提供理论证据和参考价值。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effects of motor control combined with core stability training on patients with forward head posture (FHP), specifically focusing on craniovertebral angle (CVA), pain, cervical joint position sense, deep neck flexor strength and endurance, trunk muscle strength and endurance, trunk muscle activation, respiratory function, and physical activity. Furthermore, the study seeks to explore the rehabilitation outcomes and potential mechanisms of this combined intervention, providing theoretical evidence and practical reference for the development of exercise-based therapies for FHP.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 既往有颈椎手术史、胸椎或肩部手术、骨折等严重结构性病变; 2. 颈部骨折、肿瘤、感染等严重结构性病变; 3. 存在其他显著姿势异常,如胸椎过度后凸、圆肩等; 4. 急性颈部疼痛(疼痛持续少于 3 个月); 5. 服用各种可能影响试验结果的药物或接受其他专业性运动康复训练或物理治疗; 6. 不能配合完成评估和康复训练。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of cervical, thoracic, or shoulder surgery, fractures, or other severe structural lesions. 2. Presence of serious structural abnormalities such as cervical fractures, tumors, or infections. 3. Other significant postural abnormalities, such as excessive thoracic kyphosis or rounded shoulders. 4. Acute neck pain (lasting less than 3 months). 5. Use of medications or participation in other professional exercise-based rehabilitation or physical therapy that may affect study outcomes. 6. Inability to cooperate with assessments and rehabilitation training.
