Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of multi-species probiotic preparations in the treatment of mild to moderate generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在其他严重躯体疾病，包括器质性脑病、炎症性疾病； 2.其他精神疾病，例如精神病、自杀意念、双相情感障碍、严重焦虑障碍和重度抑郁障碍； 3.有药物滥用史； 4.有自杀意念或行为； 5.怀孕、哺乳期或计划怀孕两个月内； 6.有个人或家族癫痫史； 7.有智力障碍； 8.对益生菌类制剂过敏； 9.在过去两个月内参与过任何临床试验； 10.存在其他研究者认为不适合入组情形者

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are other serious physical illnesses, including organic encephalopathy and inflammatory diseases; 2. Other mental illnesses, such as mental illness, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder; 3. History of drug abuse; 4. Have suicidal ideation or behavior; 5. Pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy within two months; 6. Have a personal or family history of epilepsy; 7. Having intellectual disabilities; 8. Allergic to probiotic preparations; 9. Participated in any clinical trials within the past two months; 10. There are other researchers who believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
