研究目的：

本研究拟通过前瞻性随机对照试验验证持续气管插管气囊压力监测对比传统气囊压力监测方法对机械通气患者预后影响应用价值和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to verify through a prospective randomized controlled trial the application value and safety of continuous tracheal cuff pressure monitoring compared to the traditional cuff pressure monitoring method on the prognosis of mechanically ventilated patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 气道畸形、气道狭窄； 2. 气管食管漏、气囊漏； 3. 年龄 < 18 周岁的患者； 4. 气管插管前有肺部感染的患者； 5. 严重感染、休克者； 6. 患者家属拒绝本试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Airway malformations, airway stenosis; 2. Tracheoesophageal fistula, cuff leak; 3. Patients under 18 years old; 4. Patients with pulmonary infection before tracheal intubation; 5. Patients with severe infection or shock; 6. Patients whose families refuse participation in this trial.

使用带有创模块监护仪使用一次性压力传感器对气管套囊内压力进行持续监测，设置报警高限为30cmH2O，低限为25cmH2O，保持气囊压力在25 ～ 30 cmH2O范围内

Use a disposable pressure sensor with an invasive module monitor to continuously monitor the pressure in the tracheal cuff, set the alarm high limit to 30cmH2O and the low limit to 25cmH2O, and keep the airbag pressure in the range of 25 to 30cmH2O.
