研究目的:

本项目拟从高保真记忆老化的神经科学角度出发,揭示高保真记忆老化的潜在神经生物基础,通过刺激高保真记忆敏感脑区——左侧海马,提升老年群体高保真记忆能力。本项目主要有三个研究目标: 1)刻画老年群体功能与结构网络的组织特征与模式;2)探索高保真记忆潜在神经生理机制;3)验证TI多次online刺激左侧海马对高保真记忆的长期干预效果。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to uncover the underlying neurobiological basis of high-fidelity memory aging from a neuroscientific perspective. By stimulating the left hippocampus—a brain region sensitive to high-fidelity memory—it seeks to enhance high-fidelity memory capabilities in the elderly population. This project has three primary research objectives: 1) Characterize the organizational features and patterns of functional and structural networks in the elderly population; 2) Explore the underlying neurophysiological mechanisms of high-fidelity memory; 3) Validate the long-term intervention effects of repeated online stimulation of the left hippocampus on high-fidelity memory.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

预实验大学生样本:简易精神状态检查得分≤26。 正式实验老年人样本:临床痴呆评分>0;简易精神状态检查得分≤26;蒙特利尔认知评估得分≤22。

Exclusion criteria:

Preliminary experiment undergraduate sample: Mini-Mental State Examination score <= 26. Main experiment elderly sample: Clinical Dementia Rating > 0; Mini-Mental State Examination score <= 26; Montreal Cognitive Assessment score <=22.

问卷星采集神经心理测验成绩,行为任务由matlab编写的程序测试行为指标。量表、行为任务以及MRI数据由实验室内部管理。

The scores of neuropsychological tests were collected by the questionnaire star, and the behavioral tasks were tested by the program written by matlab. Scales, behavioral tasks, and MRI data were managed in-house.
