研究目的：

1.主要目的：研究肿瘤患者接受超声引导下经支气管纵隔冷冻活检后肿瘤针道种植的发生率 2.次要目的：分析该技术相关肿瘤针道种植的发生时间及独立危险因素（如操作参数、肿瘤特征）  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To investigate the incidence of tumor needle tract seeding after ultrasound-guided transbronchial cryobiopsy in cancer patients. Secondary Objectives: To analyze the timing and independent risk factors (e.g., procedural parameters, tumor characteristics) associated with tumor needle tract seeding following this technique.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前CT或术中支气管镜提示靠近冷冻活检切口处的气道内已存在肿瘤侵犯； 2.在接受超声引导下经支气管纵隔冷冻活检操作时还联合进行了其他可能导致针道转移的活检，如活检钳活检； 3.任何原因不能配合研究或研究者认为不宜纳入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative CT or intraoperative bronchoscopy indicates pre-existing tumor invasion in the airway adjacent to the cryobiopsy incision site; 2.Concurrent performance of other biopsies that may cause needle tract seeding (e.g., forceps biopsy) during ultrasound-guided transbronchial cryobiopsy; 3.Inability to cooperate with the study for any reason or determination by the researcher that the patient is unsuitable for inclusion.
