探索不同频率的音乐对全身麻醉的患者术中应激反应和苏醒期谵妄发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the impact of music at different frequencies on intraoperative stress response and the incidence of emergence delirium in patients undergoing general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对音乐过敏者，以防止音乐干预对患者造成不良反应； 2.正在服用可能影响应激反应药物者，如镇静剂、抗焦虑药等； 3.存在严重心肺功能不全者； 4.激素功能障碍者，近期接受皮质类固醇治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a self-reported allergy to music, to prevent potential adverse reactions from the musical intervention ; 2.Patients currently taking medications that may influence the stress response (e.g., sedatives, anxiolytics) ; 3.Patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction ; 4. Patients with hormonal dysfunction or those who have recently received corticosteroid therapy.

由不参与患者招募、麻醉管理与结果评估的独立统计人员（人员A） 负责全部随机化工作,通过 SPSS 27.0 软件随机分组程序以1：1：1：1 的比例随机分配到四个组（每组均37 例），三个音乐干预组，一个对照组。

The entire randomization procedure was conducted by an independent statistician (Staff A), who was not involved in patient recruitment, anesthesia management, or outcome assessment. Using the randomization program in SPSS 27.0, eligible patients were allocated at a 1:1:1:1 ratio into four groups (37 cases each), comprising three music intervention groups and one control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过电子病历采集受试者基本信息。通过记录患者各个时间点的心率、血压等血流动力学指标，检测患者三个时间点的生化指标，如皮质醇、促肾上腺激素释放激素（ACTH）、肾上腺素、IL-6、TNF-α，术后通过调查问卷记录谵妄评估量表 (CAM-ICU)。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Subject demographic information was collected from electronic medical records. Hemodynamic parameters, including heart rate and blood pressure, were recorded at various time points. Biochemical markers (e.g., cortisol, adrenocorticotropic hormone [ACTH], epinephrine, IL-6, TNF-α) were measured at three specific time points. Postoperatively, the Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU) was recorded using a questionnaire.
