Objectives of Study：

Dietary Fiber Polysaccharides Influence the Progression of Diabetic Atherosclerosis by Reshaping the Gut Microbiota Structure of the Mucus Layer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近1个月内使用过抗生素或接受肠道菌群移植； 2.近1月内使用益生菌补充剂； 3.严重全身性疾病，如晚期恶性肿瘤、活动性感染、终末期肝肾功能不全； 4.长期使用全身性糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of antibiotics or undergoing fecal microbiota transplantation within the past one month 2. Use of probiotic supplements within the past one month. 3. Severe systemic diseases, such as advanced malignancy, active infection, or end-stage hepatic/renal insufficiency. 4. Chronic use of systemic corticosteroids or immunosuppressive agents.
