研究目的：

1、 评价基于手机 APP 增强现实的脑卒中后上肢运动功能游戏训练促进脑卒中患者的上肢功能康复的可行性与疗效； 2、 选取 13 个 FM-UE 量表中的动作， 比较手机 FM-UE 对脑卒中患者上肢手功能评分与医生评分之间的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Test the feasibility of the training system on the recovery of upper limb after stroke based on the mobile AR technology; 2. Choose 13 motions of the FM-UE scale. Compare the accuracy between the system scores and the doctors' assessment results.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者，不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病合并症控制欠佳者；
（2）既往有认知障碍、神经精神病史、药物滥用及酗酒史；
（3）不能完成基本疗程，依从性可能不好者及难以随访者；
（4）上肢严重疼痛和不稳定者。
（5）妊娠女性、近期参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Major organ failure, uncontrollable hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, Poor control of diabetes mellitus;
(2) History of cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric illness, substance abuse and alcoholism;
(3) Cannot complete the basic course of treatment, bad compliance, patients difficult to follow up;
(4) Severe pain in the upper limbs;
(5) Pregnant female or recent participants in other clinical trials.
