调查MHD患者肌肉衰减严重程度，分析MHD患者肌少症发生的影响因素，探索MHD患者肌少症纵向变化发展规律。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the severity of sarcopenia in Maintenance Hemodialysis (MHD) patients, identify the influencing factors for its occurrence, and explore its longitudinal progression patterns.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.体内安装起搏器或心脏支架者； 2.妊娠期患者； 3.3个月内有骨折史； 4.不能进行肌肉衰减检测者，如截肢、严重的类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎等； 5.伴恶性肿瘤者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of an implanted cardiac pacemaker or stent; 2.Pregnancy; 3.History of fracture within the past 3 months; 4.Conditions precluding accurate assessment of sarcopenia (e.g., amputation, severe rheumatoid arthritis, or osteoarthritis); 5.Diagnosis of active malignancy.
