研究目的：

本研究以慢性颈痛患者为研究对象，在观察针刺对慢性颈痛患者临床症状改善的同时，分别观察针刺治疗前后个体化针刺组、非经非穴组与等待治疗组患者大脑结构和功能的影像学改变，并结合临床效应指标进行相关分析，以阐明针刺治疗对慢性颈痛患者疼痛感知脑网络的中枢调节机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on patients with chronic neck pain,while observing the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic neck pain by acupuncture, the imaging changes of brain structure and function in individualized acupuncture group, non-acupoint group and waiting group before and after acupuncture treatment were also observed.Meanwhile,combined with clinical effect indicators for correlation analysis to clarify the central regulation mechanism of acupuncture on Pain perception brain network in patients with chronic neck pain.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 18岁以下及75岁以上；
(2) 近三个月内因颈椎病接受过针灸或药物治疗；
(3) 颈椎椎体结核、肿瘤等椎管内占位性病变及脊柱侧弯畸形者；
(4) 颈椎外病变（胸廓出口综合征、网球肘、腕管综合征、肘管综合征、肩周炎、肱二头肌腱鞘炎等）所致以上肢疼痛为主的
(5) 严重骨质疏松及合并心脑血管、消化、泌尿、血液、内分泌系统等严重疾病或临床控制不达标；
(6) 有酒精依赖或止痛药等药物滥用习惯者；
(7) 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女，及未来半年内有生育要求的女性；
(8) 正在参加其他临床研究者。
注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Under 18 years old or over 75 years old;
(2) In the past three months, cervical spondylosis has been treated with acupuncture or medicine;
(3) Patient who have cervical vertebral tuberculosis, tumor, spinal canal occupying lesions and scoliosis;
(4) The cervical lesions (thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, periarthritis of shoulder, biceps tenosynovitis etc.) caused by the above reason of leg pain;
(5) Severe osteoporosis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive, urinary, blood, endocrine system and other serious diseases or clinical control is not up to standard;
(6) The history of alcoholism or drug abuse habits;
(7) The pregnant and lactating women, and have fertility requirements women in the following six months;
(8) Who were participating in other clinical studies.
Note: all patients who meet any of the above shall be excluded

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
