研究目的：

这项研究的主要目的是探究隐喻模式健康教育的有效性，次要目的是探究隐喻在不同群体中的效果差异。通过分析不同经济背景和文化水平的群体对于科普材料的接受程度，可以了解不同文化环境中的群体间是否存在知识传播差距，为更有针对性的健康教育干预提供指导。 研究的主要假设是在阅读相应材料后，隐喻干预组的参与者与一般材料组参与者相比，下次自我治疗使用抗生素的行为意向减弱。研究的次要假设是阅读干预材料后，参与者对抗生素的态度发生改变，知识水平提高。研究将探讨如何根据不同受众的特点，设计和实施健康教育干预，以提高抗生素知识的传播效果。 我们可以为不同受众提供更具针对性的健康教育干预，减少抗生素滥用，从而有助于减少抗生素耐药性。这项研究有助于提高人们对于抗生素知识的理解程度，促进抗生素合理使用，维护公共健康。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to explore the effectiveness of metaphorical pattern health education, and the secondary objective is to investigate the differences in the effects of metaphors among different groups. By analyzing the acceptance of popular science materials among groups with different economic backgrounds and educational levels, it is possible to understand whether there are knowledge dissemination gaps among groups in different cultural environments, providing guidance for more targeted health education interventions. The main hypothesis of the study is that after reading the corresponding materials, the behavioral intention of participants in the metaphor intervention group to use antibiotics for self-treatment in the future will be weaker compared to those in the general material group. The secondary hypothesis is that after reading the intervention materials, participants' attitudes towards antibiotics will change and their knowledge level will increase. The study will explore how to design and implement health education interventions based on the characteristics of different audiences to improve the effectiveness of antibiotic knowledge dissemination. We can provide more targeted health education interventions for different audiences, reduce the abuse of antibiotics, and thereby help reduce antibiotic resistance. This study will help improve people's understanding of antibiotic knowledge, promote the rational use of antibiotics, and maintain public health.
