研究目的：

本研究旨在评价相对于常规护理，STEP-UP运动方案（融合计步器监测、定期远程结构化随访及行为改变技术，使射血分数保留心力衰竭研究参与者每日体力活动增加2000步）在HFpEF研究参与者中应用的效果、可行性、与经济学效益  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness of the STEP-UP exercise program—which integrates pedometer monitoring, regular structured remote follow-ups, and behavior change techniques to increase daily physical activity by 2000 steps in Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction participants—compared to usual care.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在意识或认知障碍，简易智力状态评估量表 （Mini-Cog）评分为0分； 2.处于临终状态； 3.卧床状态； 4.心衰运动专家共识中规定的运动康复的绝对与相对禁忌症； 5.有规律运动习惯，即每周进行结构化运动3天及以上，每天≥30min

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of impaired consciousness or cognitive impairment, defined as a score of 0 on the Mini-Cog assessment; 2. Terminal illness; 3. Bedridden status; 4. Presence of any absolute or relative contraindication to exercise rehabilitation as stipulated in the heart failure exercise expert consensus; 5. Regular exercise habits, defined as engaging in structured exercise for 3 or more days per week, with each session lasting >=30 minutes.
