研究目的：

本研究旨在对AECOPD患者气管插管拔管后这一特殊病理生理阶段实施时效性激励的肺康复技术，提升患者肺康复训练的依从性，改善患者拔管后的排痰能力及呼吸困难情况，促进肺功能恢复，降低拔管后再次气管插管率以及死亡率，缩短住院时间，节约住院费用，为临床完善AECOPD患者拔管后的肺康复提供新思路和参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to implement timely and motivating pulmonary rehabilitation techniques for patients with AECOPD during the special pathophysiological stage after tracheal intubation extubation, enhance patients' compliance with pulmonary rehabilitation training, improve their expectoration ability and dyspnea after extubation, promote the recovery of lung function, reduce the rate of re-intubation and mortality after extubation, shorten hospital stays, and save hospitalization costs, providing new ideas and reference basis for the clinical improvement of pulmonary rehabilitation after extubation in AECOPD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有其他呼吸系统疾病；
2.患有肺栓塞、肺结核、咯血、气胸；
3.残疾；
4.昏迷；
5.患有精神疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other respiratory diseases;
2.History of pulmonary embolism, tuberculosis, hemoptysis, or pneumothorax;
3.Physical disability;
4.Comatose state;
5.Mental illness/disorder;

在常规肺康复训练基础上，增加时效性激励护理干预方案。 情感激励：通过沟通、心理支持、家属探视、动机访谈等方式进行情绪引导和鼓励。 榜样激励：邀请康复效果好的患者分享经验，建立同伴支持。 目标激励：设定阶段性目标，记录并公示锻炼时长排名，进行自我打分和进度图绘制。

Based on conventional pulmonary rehabilitation, add a time-sensitive motivational nursing intervention program. Emotional motivation: Use communication, psychological support, family visits, and motivational interviewing to guide and encourage emotions. Role model motivation: Invite patients with good rehabilitation outcomes to share experiences and establish peer support. Goal motivation: Set phased goals, record and display exercise duration rankings, and conduct self-scoring and progress charting.
