研究目的：

通过血糖管理App进行指血糖监测及运动、饮食及哺乳喂养教育，以降低妊娠糖尿病（GDM）产后患者肥胖、糖尿病前期、糖尿病的患病风险。

Objectives of Study：

Education for exercise, diet and lactation was monitored through blood glucose management App to reduce the risk of obesity, pre-diabetes and diabetes in postpartum woman with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)糖尿病合并妊娠。
2)孕期使用胰岛素降糖治疗。
3)妊娠期间体重出现净丢失。
4)孕32周前分娩。
5)孕期死胎分娩。
6)合并多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）。
7)研究期间服用影响糖脂代谢及血压的药物。
8)难以完成随访者，或影响依从性的各种因素。
9)同意参加本项研究，但拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1) diabetes with pregnancy;
2) use insulin treatment during pregnancy;
3) net weight loss during pregnancy;
4) give birth before 32 weeks during pregnancy;
5) stillbirth during pregnancy;
6) complicated polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS);
7) taking drugs that affect glycolipid metabolism and blood pressure during the study period;
8) participant is difficult to complete the study or various factors influencing compliance;
9) agree to participate in this study, but refuse to sign informed consent.
