研究目的：

1. 通过本研究，构建多学科协作的肺癌围手术期患者加速肺康复干预方案； 2. 通过本研究构建的加速肺康复方案改善患者的肺功能、运动耐量，降低发症发生率，缩短住院时间，降低医疗费用，提高患者远期生活质量，为加速肺康复外科的发展提供技术支持和理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through this study, to construct a multidisciplinary lung cancer preoperative patients accelerated pulmonary rehabilitation intervention program; 2. Through the accelerated pulmonary rehabilitation programs, to improve lung function and exercise tolerance of patients, reduce the incidence of diseases, shorten hospitalization time, reduce medical expenses, improve patients' long-term quality of life, and provide technical support and theoretical basis for accelerating the development of pulmonary rehabilitation surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患者拒绝；
（2）不能合作者（精神异常、意识障碍、智力障碍）；
（3）合并症不能耐受肺康复训练或功能运动检查；
（4）正在参加其它类似可能影响患者肺功能的研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refuses;
2. Inability to cooperate (mental disorder, consciousness disorder, intellectual disorder);
3. Complications cannot tolerate pulmonary rehabilitation training or functional exercise examination;
4. Other similar studies are under way that may affect lung function in patients.
