研究目的：

通过观察稳定性冠心病气虚证外周血系统生物学、粪便肠道菌群的变化，从代谢-免疫等系统阐明气虚证的生物学基础  

Objectives of Study：

The biological basis of Qi deficiency syndrome is clarified from metabolic - immune system, which by observing the changes of the system biology in the peripheral blood and intestinal flora in stool of stable coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency syndrome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经检查证实为急性心肌梗死、不稳定型也绞痛或其他心脏疾病、重度神经官能症、更年期综合征以及其他诸如颈椎病等所致胸痛者；
2.合并有心脑血管系统、神经系统、免疫系统等重大系统性疾病，或高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病控制不良者；
3.严重肝肾功能损害者，谷丙转氨酶＞正常值上限3倍，血清肌酐＞265umol/l者；
4.有较复杂合并证型者，包括痰、寒、热毒等实证，以及明显的阴虚及阳虚患者等；
5.过敏体质者；
6.育龄妇女处于妊娠、哺乳期或月经期者；
7.近1个月内参加过其他药物临床试验的患者；
8.精神、神经障碍，不能正确表达意愿及沟通障碍者；
9.酗酒者以及药物滥用及成瘾者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina or chest pain due to other heart diseases, severe neurosis, menopause syndrome and cervical spondylosis;
2. Patients with major systemic diseases combined such as the nervous system, and immune system, or poorly controlled chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes;
3. Patients with severe liver and kidney function damage, with alanine aminotransferase> 3 times of the upper limit of normal, or serum creatinine> 265umol/L;
4. Those who have complicated accompanying syndromes, including excess syndromes such as phlegm, coldness, and heat toxicity, as well as patients with obvious Yin-deficiency or Yang-deficiency;
5. Patients with allergic constitution;
6. Women who are in pregnancy, lactation or menstruation;
7. Patients who participated in other drug clinical trials in the past 1 month;
8. Patients with mental disorders, neurological impediments, or failure to express themselves or communicate;
9. Alcoholics, drug abusers and addicts.
