研究目的：

比较肌少症组与非肌少症组在鼻咽癌治疗期间放化疗毒性副作用的发生率及严重程度之间的差异，探索肌少症与治疗毒性之间是否存在关联，寻找相关影响因素，评估肌肉减少症能否预测放化疗的鼻咽癌患者早期毒性反应的发生。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the incidence and severity of toxic side effects of chemo-radiotherapy during the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma between sarcopenia group and non-sarcopenia group;To explore whether there is a relationship between sarcopenia and treatment-related toxicity;To assess whether sarcopenia can predict the occurrence of early toxicity in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with chemo-radiotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

*确诊为鼻咽癌复发或转移者；
*肿瘤分期不明确者（如肝、肺、骨及其他部位可疑转移灶性质待定）；
*不全放化疗者；
*存在严重心、肝、肾功能不全者；
*治疗前后未作腹部CT检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient diagnosed with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
2. patient with unclear tumor stages (such as liver, lung, bone and other suspected metastases to be determined);
3. incomplete chemoradiotherapy;
4. severely impaired heart, liver and kidney function;
5. no abdominal CT examination was performed before or after treatment.
