研究目的：

本研究旨在基于慢病轨迹理论系统调查患者从初诊到放疗结束后一个月各阶段症状、心理、社会的多维度需求，分析其动态变化特征，识别关键护理痛点及干预时间窗，构建头颈癌放疗患者全程旅程地图，为提高患者就医体验和提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the chronic illness trajectory theory, this study aims to systematically investigate the multidimensional needs (including symptoms, psychological status, and social support) of patients at various stages from their initial diagnosis to one month after the completion of radiotherapy. It will analyze the dynamic change characteristics of these needs, identify key nursing pain points and optimal intervention time windows, and construct a full-course journey map for head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. The findings of this study are expected to provide a theoretical basis for improving patients' medical experience and quality of life.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）病情危重、无法表达的患者；（2）患有精神病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with critical conditions who are unable to express themselves; 2.Patients with a history of mental illness.
