本研究聚焦于广义心肾共病人群，涵盖慢性肾脏病（CKD）、慢性心力衰竭（HF）、冠心病（CAD）等互为基础疾病的共病谱系，建立标准化的心肾共病临床数据库，系统采集人口学、实验室检查、影像学检查、药物等治疗数据、随访数据等核心信息，构建真实世界下的临床研究平台，明确不同类型心肾共病患者的自然病程、风险演进规律及复合终点（心衰住院、eGFR下降、死亡）的关键预测因子，比较现代医学治疗与中西医协同干预策略对心肾功能、生活质量和亚临床标志物的多维影响，探索中西医结合干预的适用场景和临床价值。

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the population with generalized cardiorenal comorbidity, covering a comorbidity spectrum where chronic kidney disease (CKD), chronic heart failure (HF), coronary artery disease (CAD), and other conditions serve as mutual underlying diseases. It aims to establish a standardized clinical database for cardiorenal comorbidity, systematically collect core information including demographic data, laboratory tests, imaging examinations, therapeutic data (such as medications), and follow-up data, and construct a real-world clinical research platform. The study seeks to clarify the natural history, risk progression patterns, and key predictors of composite endpoints (heart failure hospitalization, eGFR decline, and death) in patients with different types of cardiorenal comorbidity, compare the multidimensional impacts of modern medical treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (TCM-WM) intervention strategies on cardiorenal function, quality of life, and subclinical biomarkers, and explore the applicable scenarios and clinical value of integrated TCM-WM interventions.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 入组前6个月内新发原发性或继发性肿瘤的患者，以及正在接受抗肿瘤治疗的患者； 2. 严重肝功能异常（胆红素或转氨酶超过正常上限一倍）或严重脑血管疾病； 3. 泌尿系统畸形患者； 4. 妊娠试验阳性、孕期、哺乳期育龄女性受试者，或在研究期间有受孕、哺乳计划、未采取有效避孕措施的育龄女性受试者； 5. 在研究开始前1个月内参加了其它临床研究； 6. 依从性低，研究者认为不适宜入组参加研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with newly diagnosed primary or secondary tumors within 6 months before enrollment, as well as those undergoing anti-tumor treatment; 2. Severe liver dysfunction (bilirubin or transaminase exceeding twice the upper limit of normal) or severe cerebrovascular disease; 3. Patients with urinary system malformations; 4. Female subjects of childbearing age who are positive for pregnancy test, pregnant, lactating, or those with plans for pregnancy or lactation during the study or who have not taken effective contraceptive measures; 5. Participation in other clinical studies within 1 month before the start of this study; 6. Patients with poor compliance who are deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researchers.
