研究目的：

本研究通过分析磨玻璃肺结节患者雌激素水平及肺组织中雌激素受体表达，研究雌激素受体通路与磨玻璃肺结节良恶性、腺癌病理类型的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the association between the estrogen receptor signaling pathway and both the benign or malignant nature of ground-glass pulmonary nodules and their pathological subtypes of adenocarcinoma by analyzing estrogen levels in patients and the expression of estrogen receptors in lung tissue.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并其他系统恶性肿瘤（如乳腺癌、卵巢癌）； 2、患有内分泌疾病（如甲状腺功能亢进、多囊卵巢综合征）或肝肾功能严重异常； 3、妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 4、标本固定不当（如离体后超过30分钟未固定）或免疫组化染色质量不合格； 5、临床资料缺失（如未记录吸烟史、CT参数不全）； 6、恶性结节病理类型非腺癌（如鳞癌、小细胞癌）或良性结节病因不明确（如无法区分炎性结节与纤维灶）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion of patients with concurrent malignancies of other systems (e.g., breast cancer, ovarian cancer). 2. Presence of endocrine disorders (e.g., hyperthyroidism, polycystic ovary syndrome) or severe hepatic/renal dysfunction. 3. Pregnant and/or lactating women. 4. Inadequate specimen fixation (e.g., failure to fix within 30 minutes post-resection) or suboptimal immunohistochemical staining quality. 5. Incomplete clinical data (e.g., unrecorded smoking history or incomplete CT parameters). 6. Malignant nodules with histology other than adenocarcinoma (e.g., squamous cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma) or benign nodules of unclear etiology (e.g., inability to differentiate between an inflammatory nodule and a fibrotic focus).
