研究目的：

本研究拟以膀胱输尿管反流（VUR）合并泌尿道感染（UTI）患儿为研究对象，通过前瞻性收集其临床资料、实验室指标、影像学结果及尿液转录组学数据，分析影响复发性泌尿道感染（rUTI）发生的独立危险因素，构建并验证rUTI风险预测模型及风险评分系统，从而实现对患儿复发风险的精准分层，为个体化预防及干预策略制定提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate children with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) complicated by urinary tract infection (UTI). By prospectively collecting clinical data, laboratory results, imaging findings, and urinary transcriptomic data, we aim to identify independent risk factors influencing the occurrence of recurrent UTI (rUTI), and to develop and validate an rUTI risk prediction model and risk scoring system. The ultimate goal is to achieve precise risk stratification for affected children, providing a scientific basis for individualized prevention and intervention strategies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重泌尿系统结构异常或先天畸形（如膀胱外翻、尿道下裂等）； 2.具有原发性或继发性免疫缺陷疾病； 3.合并严重慢性基础疾病（如恶性肿瘤、重度心、肝、肾功能不全）； 4.随访资料不完整或无法按计划完成随访者； 5.患儿当前参与其他干预性临床试验或研究影响本研究结果者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other severe urinary tract structural abnormalities or congenital malformations (e.g., bladder exstrophy, hypospadias); 2.Primary or secondary immunodeficiency disorders; 3.Severe chronic underlying diseases (e.g., malignancy, severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction); 4.Incomplete follow-up data or inability to complete follow-up as planned; 5.Current participation in other interventional clinical trials or studies that may affect the outcomes of this study.
