研究目的：

此项研究通过应用蒙药顺气补心十一味丸治疗原发性失眠症观察各评分表变化、体动记录仪检测数据及清晨血清皮质醇等指标判定疗效，初步探讨蒙药顺气补心十一味丸治疗原发性失眠症的临床疗效及作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the efficacy of the Mongolian herbal formula Shunqi Bu Xin Shi Yi Wei Wan in treating primary insomnia by assessing changes in various rating scales, actigraph data, and morning serum cortisol levels. It preliminarily explored the clinical efficacy and potential mechanisms of action of this formula in managing primary insomnia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.躯体疾病或精神障碍导致的继发性失眠症； 2.值夜班或作息时间无规律者； 3.汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17)>=17，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）>=14； 4.妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 5.肝肾功能异常者； 6.正接受其他失眠相关治疗或使用助眠药物者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary insomnia caused by physical illness or mental disorders; 2. Individuals working night shifts or with irregular sleep schedules; 3.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) >=17, Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) >=14; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Individuals with abnormal liver or kidney function; 6.Those currently receiving other insomnia-related treatments or using sleep-inducing medications;
