研究目的：

1.比较两种板层角膜屈光手术后角膜生物学性能及高阶像差的变化，分析相关因素； 2.分析ICL/TICL术后眼高阶像差的变化，监测术后拱高以及晶体厚度； 3.比较单眼视设计的老视手术术后患者视觉质量以及双眼视功能，探讨更加有利于老视患者术后效果的手术方案。

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the changes in corneal biological properties and higher-order aberrations after two types of lamellar corneal refractive surgeries, and analyze the related factors; 2. Analyze the changes of higher-order aberrations of the eye after ICL/TICL surgery, and monitor the postoperative arch height and lens thickness; 3. Compare the visual quality and binocular visual function of patients after presbyopia surgery with monocular vision design, and explore a surgical plan that is more conducive to the postoperative effect of presbyopia patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

Sub-project I: 
1. Age >=18 years old; 
2. The refractive power has been basically stable for at least 2 years (the annual increase in myopia refractive power does not exceed 0.50D); 
3. Before the operation, stop wearing soft contact lenses for at least 2 weeks and stop wearing hard contact lenses for at least 4 weeks. The corrected vision is normal. 
4. Spherical diopter <=-6.00D, cylindrical diopter <=-2.00D; 
5. The best corrected visual acuity before the operation was >=1.0.

Sub-project II: Age between 18 and 35 years old; The patient himself has the desire to improve his refractive state through posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation with a lens. Have reasonable expectations for the surgical outcome; The diopter remains relatively stable within two years, with an annual increase of no more than -0.50D in the equivalent spherical lens. Diopter: -6.00D to -12.00D, astigmatism <=-2.00D; Best corrected visual acuity >=1.0; The anterior chamber depth is >=2.8mm, the corneal endothelial cell density is >=2000 cells/mm ² with an open anterior chamber Angle, and the cell morphology is stable

Sub-project III: Refractive errors (myopia and astigmatism) with age >=40 years and age-related accommodative insufficiency; Myopia degree <= 6.00D, astigmatism degree <=2.00D; ADD<= 1.50D; Best corrected visual acuity >=1.0; Mental health, having a correct understanding of the selected surgical design plan, and having reasonable expectations for the surgical outcome

排除标准：

子课题Ⅰ： 1.眼部存在活动性炎症,眼周化脓,眼附属器病变较为严重； 2.伴青光眼,圆锥角膜,全身结缔组织疾病； 3. 伴精神疾病,糖尿病,全身感染性疾病或自身免疫性疾病等。子课题Ⅱ：圆锥角膜或其他角膜扩张性变化处于未稳定状态；角膜内皮营养不良；重度干眼症；活动性眼部病变或感染；严重的眼附属器病变，如眼睑缺损和变形、严重眼睑闭合不全；青光眼、白内障；明显影响视力的眼底疾病；严重焦虑、抑郁等心理、精神疾病；无法配合检查和手术的疾病，如癫痫、癔症等；严重甲状腺机能亢进及其突眼且病情尚未稳定。子课题Ⅲ：非年龄相关性调节不足者；年龄超过60岁或已出现年龄相关性白内障，但尚未明显影响视力；除年龄相关性调节不足外，存在调节参数紊乱、集合不足等双眼视功能明显异常者；对手术期望值过高。

Exclusion criteria：

Sub-project I: 1. There is active inflammation in the eyes, with purulent suppuration around the eyes and relatively severe lesions in the ocular appendages; 2. Accompanied by glaucoma, keratoconus, and systemic connective tissue diseases; 3. Accompanied by mental illness, diabetes, systemic infectious diseases or autoimmune diseases, etc. Sub-project II: Keratoconus or other corneal dilation changes are in an unstable state; Corneal endothelial dystrophy Severe dry eye syndrome Active ocular lesions or infections; Severe ocular adnexal lesions, such as eyelid defects and deformities, and severe eyelid insufficiency; Glaucoma, cataract; Retinal diseases that significantly affect vision; Severe anxiety, depression and other psychological and mental disorders; Diseases that prevent cooperation with examinations and surgeries, such as epilepsy, hysteria, etc. Severe hyperthyroidism with exophthalmos and the condition has not yet stabilized. Sub-project III: Non-age-related dysregulation; People over 60 years old or those who have developed age-related cataracts but have not yet significantly affected their vision; In addition to age-related accommodation insufficiency, there are significant abnormalities in binocular visual function such as disordered accommodation parameters and insufficient convergence. Having overly high expectations for the surgery.
