研究目的：

1.应用实时剪切波弹性成像技术检测不同类型心衰患者的肝脏硬度值的差异，并且结合患者心功能、心房容积及BNP等相关临床检验结果，全面、客观的定量评价各类型心衰对肝脏产生的影响。 2.通过测量心功能不全患者治疗前后肝脏硬度值的变化，检测其作为评价心衰治疗愈后指标的可行性。 3.通过本研究，在临床上构建出一种“心衰-肝损害问题”的临床诊断和预警机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Apply real-time shear wave elastography technology to detect differences in liver stiffness values among patients with different types of heart failure, and comprehensively and objectively evaluate the impact of various types of heart failure on the liver by combining patients' cardiac function, atrial volume, BNP, and other related clinical test results. 2. By measuring changes in liver stiffness values in patients with heart failure before and after treatment, assess the feasibility of using it as an indicator for evaluating the prognosis of heart failure treatment. 3. Through this study, establish a clinical diagnostic and early warning mechanism for the "heart failure-liver damage issue" in clinical practice.ct.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：有肝脏性疾病历史的患者（肝炎、肝脏创伤、肝硬化、脂肪肝等），过度饮酒者、腹水、体重指数＞35kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of liver disease (hepatitis, liver trauma, cirrhosis, fatty liver, etc.), excessive alcohol consumption, ascites, and body mass index>35kg/m^2.
